Product Return Policy
Food Returns
- Guaranteed 100% for a full refund by Hills, Purina, and Royal Canin. If the food bag is open, the bag must be at least ½ full for a refund.
- Must be returned within 30 days of purchase and must have the original sales receipt.
- Food must be returned in the original bag, cannot be returned otherwise.
Over-the-Counter Product Returns
- The product must be un-opened.*
- Must be returned within 30 days of purchase and must have the original sales receipt.
- The product must be at least 30 days before the expiry date.
- If you are returning a special-order product (an item that is not stocked in-clinic) a 10% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
- * Treats from Hills, Purina, Royal Canin or Virbac may be opened but MUST be at least half full.
Pharmacy/ Prescription Items
- All pharmacy products are non-refundable! We are not legally permitted to re-stock prescription medication.
