  • Create your account using the email we have on file for you.
  • Schedule appointments, request refills of food or medications, receive notifications of all things happening in clinic, send us pet selfies & start earning paw print rewards!

NOTE:

  • Please ensure you have your phone with you at the time of invoicing in order for have your app scanned for loyalty stamps you may have earned for that visit.
  • Loyalty stamps can not be back dated.

Dear valued clients,

We appreciate your patience and understanding while navigating these past 2 years together. Due to the high increase in positive COVID-19 cases we have returned to locked door/curbside policy effective January 4, 2022.

Only pets will be allowed in the clinic. Owners are asked to please stay in the parking lot while pets are being seen.

We ask that you follow these guidelines to ensure your visit is safe for yourselves, your pet, other clients and our staff:

  • When you arrive in our parking lot for an appointment, please remain in your vehicle and call (403)239-4657. After speaking with the vet one of our team members will meet you on the sidewalk outside the hospital to bring your pet inside. Please wear a mask when engaging with staff.
  • You must remain in the parking lot while we treat your pet. Doctors may be calling from an unknown number to discuss findings, please make sure you can receive such calls.
  • Please continue to follow the social distancing guidelines of two meters distance between yourself and other clients or staff
  • For food and mediation pick up please call the clinic when you have arrived and one of our staff members will let you know when to meet them outside the door for pick up. Please call ahead to place your orders.
  • Please give us a minimum of 2 business days for orders of food and medication to arrive.
  • Payment over the phone with credit/debit is preferred.
  • If you are experiencing any symptoms or have been out of the country in the last 10 days, please reschedule your appointment or send someone else to bring in your pet. Please ensure that the designated person is registered in our files.
  • We will continue to watch the guidelines posted from the Alberta government and will update our clients as needed if these protocols are to change.
