  • Create your account using the email we have on file for you.
  • Schedule appointments, request refills of food or medications, receive notifications of all things happening in clinic, send us pet selfies & start earning paw print rewards!


  • Please ensure you have your phone with you at the time of invoicing in order for have your app scanned for loyalty stamps you may have earned for that visit.
  • Loyalty stamps can not be back dated.

Dear valued clients,

We appreciate your patience and understanding while navigating these past 2 years together. We are pleased to announce our new appointment protocols effective Monday February 28, 2022.

We are now allowing ONE pet parent per appointment to accompany their pet into the clinic for their veterinary appointment. If you would prefer a curbside appointment, please just let us know.

For appointments with our technicians (i.e. injections, suture removal, anal glands, etc.), we ask that you please pay attention to the clinic capacity and if necessary step outside for a few minutes to accommodate the flow of the clinic with capacity restrictions.

We ask that you follow these guidelines to ensure your visit is safe for yourselves, your pet, other clients and our staff:

  • Masks are required while in the clinic
  • If you are unable to wear a mask, we will happily continue to provide you with curbside services
  • Please continue to follow the social distancing guidelines of two meters distance between yourself and other clients or staff
  • ONE pet parent will be allowed inside the clinic for the appointments. If you have children with you, we ask that your appointment remains curbside as this will go past our 3 person limit in the clinic
  • We will allow up to a maximum of 3 clients in the clinic lobby at any one time

    We will continue to watch the guidelines posted from the Alberta government and will update our clients as needed if these protocols are to change.
